Consigue Tu Sueno / Achieve Your Dream
Hispanic/Latino high school students, graduates, and their families are invited to attend the 2nd annual Consigue Tu Sueno / Achieve Your Dream, a free open house at Seattle Central Community College, Thursday, March 3. The event takes place from 6-9 p.m. in room 1110-1111, and features food, door prizes, campus tours, and information about college programs and services, including financial aid and scholarships. A mini-career fair, with business and industry representatives, is also a part of the evening’s activities.
The college is located at 1701 Broadway, on the corner of Broadway and Pine. Parking ($3) is available in the garage at Harvard and Pine, or on the street.
The event is co-presented by the college’s Public Information Office and Mano a Mano, a Seattle Central student organization dedicated to expanding higher education opportunities for Hispanic/Latino youth.
