Resume Writing Workshop

Developing the “Growth Mindset”

According to Stanford psychologist Carol S. Dweck, there are two mindsets: the fixed mindset and the growth mindset. In a fixed mindset, people believe that their intelligence or talents are unchangeable, but through a growth mindset, you can learn to excel through dedication and hard work. Learn how to live a better life by developing a growth mindset.
