New readerboard on the way
You may have noticed that we’re without a readerboard at the moment. That’s because a new digital display will soon be installed at the corner of Broadway and Pine. The three-sided display will also include the new name of the college and will improve the college’s presence in this highly-visible, well-trafficked area. The new readerboard should be operational by the beginning of Winter Quarter.
Because the new readerboard will be digital, updates will be quick and easy, and several messages can be displayed in a cycle. The Public Information Office will be responsible for updating the sign and is currently developing procedures for doing so. In general, news and events that target the community will be most appropriate.
