Student veterans host fundraiser for annual veteran scholarship
Last week, the Student Veterans Association members hosted a fundraiser to support a scholarship that helps a deserving veteran pay for school. More than 30 students and staff, including President Paul Killpatrick, attended the event at the Queen Anne Elks Club. Between ticket sales and the silent auction, the group raised over $1,100.
