Notice of Public Hearing
The district office is holding a public rulemaking hearing from 1 to 3 p.m. on August 30, 2017 in the first floor boardroom in the Siegal Center.
An overview of the proposed revisions will be provided by the Hearing Officer prior to taking comments. Written comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on August 30, 2017. Following the hearing, the Hearing Officer will prepare a memorandum summarizing the testimony. The Chancellor’s Executive Cabinet will review the comments and written submissions. Pending action by the Board of Trustees on September 14, 2017, the new rule will become effective on October 4, 2017.
