Upcoming public hearing at district office
The Seattle Colleges District will hold a public hearing to review proposed changes to the district’s Washington Administrative Code (WAC). The hearing will be held on Nov. 28 at 1 p.m. in the first floor boardroom in the Siegal Center.
The Hearing Officer will provide an overview of the proposed revisions to Traffic Rules and Regulations and Access to Public Records prior to taking comments. Written comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Nov. 28. After the hearing, the Chancellor’s Executive Cabinet will review all comments. Pending action by the Board of Trustees, the new rules will become effective on Jan. 16, 2018.
