Join Seattle Colleges students and employees at the annual Pride Parade!
For the first time ever, employees and students from the Seattle Colleges District are invited to march together as a District during the Seattle Pride Parade on Sunday, June 28. Those interested in joining the Seattle Colleges contingent should meet at the staging area on 4th Avenue between University and Seneca streets in the morning between 9:20 and 10:20 a.m. Those interested in joining should meet toward the back of the staging area near Seneca street with the other “Youth Contingent” groups. Employees do not need to check-in and can simply show up to march with the group.
Seattle Colleges employees with a regular permit can park in the Harvard Garage at the Seattle Central campus during Pride Parade, as well as during other Pride events throughout the month. Employees who do not have a regular permit may park in the Harvard Garage for free during the Pride Parade only. A temporary parking permit for the parade will be sent out via email. Please note that the garage may fill up quickly.
