Facilities director named president of regional facilities professional association
Chuck Davis, director of Facilities, was recently named president of the Pacific Coast Region of APPA (the Association of Physical Plant Administrators), an organization of educational facilities administrators. APPA helps administrators become better leaders, helps transform institutions into more inviting environments and helps elevate the recognition and value of educational facilities as assets to institutions. The Pacific Coast region of APPA encompasses the entire west coast of North America, including Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, British Columbia and the Baja California peninsula in Mexico. Chuck was sworn in for his year-long term at the 2014 annual meeting in British Columbia this past fall.
